Recipe

2 oz of Citroen Vodka, 3 Tsps of Lemon Curd (Homemade is just the best if you have any) Juice of 1/2 fresh Lemon.

Place in a shaker with ice, strain and pour

Recipe

2 oz of Vodka, 1 oz of Orange juice, 1oz of Pineapple juice, 1/2 oz of Banana Licquer. Place into a shaker with ice, shake for 15 seconds then pour into tall glass. Float 1/2 oz of Spiced Rum on the top and serve.

Recipe

Recipe: 1.5 oz of vanilla vodka, 1oz caramel syrup plus more for the rim, 2oz of Irish Cream, Garnish with Kosher salt or sea salt.

Roll the glass in the caramel sauce lightly all the way around the rim, then roll the rim again this time in the salt. You can also drizzle a little of the caramel inside the glass too creating a web design. Place in a freezer so the caramel will set. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice pour the Vodka, Caramel syrup and Irish cream, shake well so the contents are nice and cold. Pour into your glass that you prepared earlier. Enjoy……

Recipe

Recipe : 7 Fresh Raspberries, 60ml of Tequila , 30ml of Triple Sec or Cointreau, 30ml Fresh Lime juice and 5ml of Sugar Syrup.

Muddle the Raspberries lightly with the lime juice add the rest of the ingredients with ice in a shaker , fine strain into a glass with the rim salted as per the photograph. Enjoy.

Recipe

100 g of golden caster sugar, zest of Orange or Clementine, grated dark chocolate to decorate the glass.

100ml of Vodka (Orange if you have it) 100ml of creme de cacao, 60ml of orange syrup, 40ml of Orange juice or Fresh Clementine juice.

Combine the golden caster sugar with 100ml of water and the orange or clementine zest in a pan and bring to the boil. Strain and leave to cool.

Chilli 4 coupe glasses, then dampen the edges with a little water and dip into the grated chocolate.

Place the Vodka, creme de cacao, orange syrup and orange juice or clementine juice with ice into a shaker.

Pour and serve.

Recipe

2 oz of Vodka, 1 oz of Triple Sec or Cointreau, 1oz of Grand Marnier.

2 oz of Fresh Clemantine juice.

Place in a shaker, strain well and pour into a Martini Glass.

This is a strong Martini, so drink responsibly

Recipe

4 -5 Medium frozen Strawberries

4 Medium fresh Strawberries

1-2 Tbsp of Sugar, less if the strawberries are really sweet, if in season they should be sweet.

1 Tbsp of Fresh Lime Juice

2 Oz of White Rum.

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend. Serve in a Martini glass rimmed with sugar if you like or left plain. This recipe makes 2 glasses.

You can substitute the frozen strawberry for ice cubes but it will weaken the drink.

Recipe

1 large scoop of Lemon Ice Cream or Sorbet, 1 oz of Vodka or Lemoncello, Ice Cubes.

Chilli the glass before starting.

Add the Vodka or Lemoncello to the glass then a scoop of ice cream or sorbet, top off with Prosecco. Decorate with fresh mint leaf.

Alternatively, place everything in a blender including one egg white this will add lightness to the drink, blend until you have a thick cream. Pour into the frozen glass and serve.

Recipe

2 oz of Peach Vodka

3/4 oz of Fresh Lime Juice and 3/4 oz of Fresh Lemon Juice

2 oz of Pomegranate

1/2 oz of Simple Syrup.

Place all ingredients in a shaker and pour into a Martini Flute. Decorate with a strip of Lime zest that you have squeezed into the drink to release some of the Lime Oil.

Recipe

1.2/3 oz /5cl St Germain Elderflower liqueur

1/2 oz / 1.5 cl Fresh Lemon Juice

1/2 oz /1.5 cl Orange Juice

dash of Orange Bitters

dash of egg white

Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker without ice and shake, then add ice and shake again. Strain into a Martini Flute, garnish with Elderflower blossom or twist of Orange Peel and serve.

35 ml of Gin, if you can find marmalade Gin then that’s perfect

15 ml of Cointreau or Triple Sec

10 ml of simple syrup

1/2 Teaspoon of Mango Chutney

Orange Peel to garnish

Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker and pour into a martini glass, decorate with a twist of orange peel.

You can make your own simple syrup :

Mix 100 ml of boiling water with 100 g of sugar stir until the sugar dissolves, leave to cool. Store in a jar and use according to your recipes.

5 Fresh Strawberries

1 fresh Basil leaf

1 oz of Chambord

1 oz of Cointreau or Triple Sec

1/2 oz of Cranberry Juice

Squeeze of fresh lime juice

In a cocktail shaker place the Strawberries with husk removed and the basil leaf and muddle.

Add the Chambord, Cointreau or Triple sec, Cranberry juice and the lime juice. Add ice and a shake for 15 seconds.

Using a double strainer pour into a Martini glass and serve with fresh mint or basil leaves and a fresh strawberry dipped in sugar.

Recipe

1 oz of Malibu

1/2 oz of Pineapple juice

1/4 oz of Strawberry juice

2- 3 Fresh Strawberries or 6 Pine Berries if they are in season

Place the strawberries into a cocktail shaker and muddle.

Add all the other ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a ice cold Martini glass and serve.

Decorate with leaves, pineberries or a strawberry and a slice of fresh pineapple.

1 oz of Ciroc Pineapple Vodka

1/2 oz Vanilla Liqueur

1/2 oz Passion Fruit

1/4 oz Lime Juice

Perrier Jouet Champagne

Mandarin Ice Cubes

Place the Vodka, Vanilla Liqueur. Passion Fruit and Lime juice in a shaker filled with ice.

Shake and strain and pour into a cocktail glass.

Add the Mandarin ice cubes and top up with the Perrier Jouet.

Recipe

1 oz Light Rum

1 oz of creme de Banana

1 1/2 oz of Heavy Cream

1 dash of Grenadine

Garnish with slice of Banana and nutmeg

Shake with crushed ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with Banana slice on glass rim and top with nutmeg.

1 1/2 shot of White Rum

1/2 shot of Pink Grapefruit

1/2 shot of Grenadine (pomegranate syrup)

1/2 Fresh egg white

Dry shake ingredients.

Shake again with ice and strain into a chilled glass.

Garnish with nutmeg.

1 oz of Vodka

1 oz of Melon Liqueur

3.5 oz of Pineapple juice

Dash of Fresh Lime

Combine the ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake.

Strain into a cocktail glass containing fresh ice nd decorate with a lime wedge.

Alternatively, strain into a highball glass and decorate with three melon balls.

1 oz of Vodka

1 oz of Blood Orange Orange Juice

2 Dashes of Orange Bitters

1oz of Fresh Lime juice

2 ounces of Ginger Beer

1 oz of Sparkling wine

Handful of ice

Dehydrated of Blood Orange pin wheel for garnish

Place the Vodka, lime juice, blood orange juice and bitters into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake for 15 seconds.

Strain into a mule cup with fresh ice. Add the ginger beer and sparkling wine. Garnish with the pin wheel and a sprig of mint…..
