100 g of golden caster sugar, zest of Orange or Clementine, grated dark chocolate to decorate the glass.
100ml of Vodka (Orange if you have it) 100ml of creme de cacao, 60ml of orange syrup, 40ml of Orange juice or Fresh Clementine juice.
Combine the golden caster sugar with 100ml of water and the orange or clementine zest in a pan and bring to the boil. Strain and leave to cool.
Chilli 4 coupe glasses, then dampen the edges with a little water and dip into the grated chocolate.
Place the Vodka, creme de cacao, orange syrup and orange juice or clementine juice with ice into a shaker.
Pour and serve.
