Chicken Liver Pate with Truffle Butter
This Pate was so smooth and velvety, and had such a wonderful richness thanks to the Truffle Butter.
Easy to prepare and to make and although you have to wait until the next day to eat it, it really is worth the wait. the recipe made three large bowls however, as you can see two are wrapped up ready to go share with friends.
