Sea Bass with Polenta and a sauce Vierge
Here is another dish courtesy of @chefchrissheppard and his pro skills initiative.
A beautiful Sea bass with deep fried Polenta cake, tender stem broccoli and a sauce Vierge. The dish was just divine and the Sea Bass was incredible. If you’re not a huge fan of fish this dish will have you eating more fish. It’s light, tasty yet does not have that strong fish flavour or smell that some fish deliver. It certainly went down well in my kitchen and in all honesty my husband is not in favor of fish but he loved every mouthful.
