This was a nice easy stuffing to make. It nestled into the Leg of Lamb very well and delivered so much on taste and flavour. This is a weekend or special occasion dish however, you will not be in the kitchen for hours preparing it so it well worth considering for your next Sunday lunch or celebration dinner.
