Navarin of Lamb with Vegetables

This dish took some preparation yet so worth every minute I spent in the Kitchen. It is certainly a weekend dish when you have the time however, the taste and presentation is a show stopper and will never disappoint. The gravy is just wonderful, this is one dish I wish, just by looking at the picture, you could taste and smell the aroma. Do not be put off by me saying it takes time, that is all it takes, it is not difficult you just need to be patient to try the end result.
