Kumarakom Chicken

This dish was originally created for you to use with Duck but I chose Chicken breast pieces instead. The thick coconut curry gravy would be perfect for both and if you like a meaty fish such as Swordfish I feel confident it will compliment that too. This recipe was inspired by the Coconut Lagoon.
