Another great recipe from the Coconut Lagoon recipe book. Fabulous to cook but even more fabulous to eat. Served with Parathas or Naan its a wonderful dish for the Malabar region. It freezes really well too just be warned, the spice heat intensifies if you freeze any leftovers so your next dish will taste spicier.
