Lamb shank with Black Garlic and Tomatoes
This is such a wonderful dish. I came across it in a book called Persiana
It is so easy to prepare and to cook and if you have guests, very easy to increase the quantity without affecting the taste.
When the nights draw in and the temperature cools, this is a very good dish to have in your repertoire.
Served with creamed potatoes and seasonal veg, oh and if you’re inclined, a very good glass of Red goes very nicely too.
