Chicken with Cheese Curds

This is a recipe I make a lot and its official title is Chicken in Milk but to me that does not sound very appetizing, it certainly does not do the dish any justice.

This dish never photographs well either, but that is probably my opinion. However, all this being said, it is a fantastic dish and you really need to try this one.

It is a one pot cook, it creates its own wonderful sauce that makes you want to keep on eating.

I serve it with creamy mashed potatoes so none of the sauce is wasted. I also add cheese to them too naughty but very nice.

When entertaining I have also been known to add some extra store brought cheese curds but that is just an extravagance and really not at all necessary.

This dish has everything, succulent Chicken, garlic, sage, cheese curds and a subtle Lemon flavour along with a great sauce.

Great for mid week and fabulous for entertaining.
