Roast Chicken in Bagna Cauda Sauce
I came across this recipe in the Delicious Magazine
The recipe was a combination of two Italian dishes and was so fabulous I just had to post it.
I used Chicken drumsticks however, if you are entertaining you could use a Spatchcock Chicken or Chicken portions.
Serve with your favourite pasta, or roast potatoes.
