Wild Boar Ragu

If you are able to find Wild Boar then this dish is a must.

You can use another game meat but this Wild Boar stewing meat was super delicious. I actually found it in the freezer department and my only regret was, I should have brought more when I had the opportunity.

Served with a Fettucine pasta and a good glass of Valpolicella.
