Lamb Ragu
This dish was created using left over Lamb Chops.
I found myself not wanting to go shopping so I used what I could find in the store cupboard and the fridge.
I had some leftover Lamb Chops so I took the meat off the bone and I minced it.
I had some lemon flavoured pasta I had made and dried and a few other things that are mentioned in the recipe sheet. Feel free to use whatever pasta you like best.
This is what I came up with Lamb Ragu with Lemon Fettucine and a baby leaf salad.
I love turning leftover into something a little special and giving a previous dish a new identity.
The recipe sheet attached is a generic recipe serving four people. I used this as a base and altered the measurements accordingly to serve two people.
I also added extra garlic, chili, and grated lemon zest so please, make this dish your own and tweak the recipe to suit your taste.
