Lasagna Soup

I had heard so much about this soup yet for some reason I had some reservations especially, as I do love a good traditional lasagna.

All I can say is why did I wait so long to make this soup? It really is a fabulous soup, very hearty and comforting.

Please follow the instructions and bake the lasagna (noodles) sheets as directed in the recipe, it really does make a difference.
