Steak Diane
I came across this recipe and realised it had been so long since I even saw Steak Diane on a menu. Therefore I decided it was time to put that right and feature it on my site.
We are offered sauces when we order steak, Pepper Sauces, Blue Cheese but rarely this old classic.
This dish does not disappoint, it is a fabulous rich sauce that really compliments the meat.
Serve with twice cooked baked potatoes and some greenery.
