The recipe gives you all the details for making the cabbage however, there are some exceptional fermented cabbage already made in our stores. So, if you do not want to make the cabbage yourself then by all means go buy it from your local deli.

King Crab is expensive, however do try and buy the best you can afford or as an alternative you could use fresh shrimp.

Whatever you choose, the finished dish will certainly make for an impressive starter to any big occasion meal.
