Crab with Romaine Lettuce and Dill Sauce
This is the dish I made for my weekly challenge @chefs_inspiring_chefs. Thanks to Epicurious for the inspiration for this dish.
Crabmeat with Romaine Lettuce and Dill Sauce. Served on Melba Toast and garnished with fresh Dill shards.
Absolutely delicious and I think you will agree it presents itself so beautifully.
