Caramelized Shrimp with Lemongrass
I do no need to say too much about this dish as it speaks for itself.
It is so easy to cook and full of wonderful flavours, Vietnam meets Spain…….
Use the freshest shrimp you can find and you will not go wrong.
Served on their own or with rice, these shrimp are just the best I have tasted.
