Chicken Chettinad (Spicy)
This dish is from the region of Tamil Nadu and is a spicy curry. You can however use less chilies if you prefer something a little milder.
The Lemon juice added just before serving really enhances the dish.
Serve with my homemade naans (see recipe on the site) and or rice……..
One last thing to consider and that is, make this dish the day before. This allows the flavours and spices to combine beautifully. Omit the Lemon juice and add it just before serving.
