Chicken and Fenugreek Curry
I came across this recipe from the very talented Chef - Chetna Makan and just had it give it a try.
I was not disappointed, it was fabulous. I highly recommend you give this one a try if you like curry.
I tweaked a few things, I used Ghee instead of oil, I added more Chilies and changed fresh fenugreek for dried but they did not change the end result.
I served it with spiced cauliflower rice however, the traditional rice and Naan bread would certainly add to the experience.
