Chicken Curry with Coconut and Mango
This Curry is a delight and perfect for a mid week supper. It’s also very versatile, you can make the sauce without adding meat then substitute the Chicken with fish or seafood. If you choose to do this, the fish or seafood just need 10 minutes simmering in the sauce before serving. Served with fresh Coconut, Coriander, and slices of fresh Mango and of course Naan bread.
