Chicken Katsu with Jasmine Rice
This is a mid week meal that is quick and impressive all at the same time. You can also use Pork too if you are not a lover of Chicken. I used a hot curry powder in the sauce but feel free to use a milder powder if you prefer. Any leftovers can be used the next day, placed in a pita bread, toasted and served with the sauce on the side. Go on give it a try you know you want too……
