Sumac Roasted Tomatoes

I always refer to these as Heaven on a plate, I love tomatoes but these are just so versatile. You can enjoy them on their own with some crusty bread or use to accompany meat dishes or cheeses. Whatever you decide they’re best served with I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.
