Fish, Chips and Mushy Peas
Sometimes a little of what you fancy does you good. Homemade Fish and Chips are just the best when cooked properly. This batter is light, crispy, golden and has a delicious crunch. The Cod was fresh, white and flaky. The peas, always the star of the show for me, I love them, tasted so good and far better than shop brought tinned mushy peas. Go on give it a go, you will not want chip shop fish again.
