Mussels in a Clamato Broth
If you fancy something different then give this dish a try. Mussels are pretty cheap, easy to make, the dish looks fabulous when presented and best of all, tastes delicious.
Served with thin crispy frites, chopped tomatoes, parsley and fresh lemon slices its a real winning dish. This tasty broth was so good, long after the mussels were finished we kept eating it.
Sides of Frites, Basmati Rice or Indian breads go exceptionally well.
The flavours of Kerala, South India met Canada and they got along very well indeed!
