Butter Chicken with Cashews

This Butter Chicken dish is courtesy of the Coconut Lagoon.

It was adapted because Butter Chicken is a North Indian dish and Coconut Lagoon specialise in South India dishes. This has become one of my personal favorite curries and the changes they made do not take anything away from this dish. It is tasty, flavorsome and looks amazing when served. Well done Coconut Lagoon its a hands down favorite in our house.
