Crispy Fish Sauce Chicken Wings

A big shout out to the Little Viet Kitchen for this recipe. Chef Thuy Diem Pham said do not be put off by the Fish sauce and she was right.

These wings are very moreish and the fish sauce well, it makes the whole dish zing.

A delight to cook, serve and of course eat.
