Coconut Beef Stew

Thanks to the Little Viet Kitchen for this inspiration. When its cold outside this is the dish to serve. You have to be patient and start it the day before you want to serve but it is so worth the time and effort. Not an ordinary Beef Stew but one of the best for sure.
