Lemongrass and Chilli Pork Ribs and Chicken Wings

These wings and ribs were just amazing, thanks to the Little Viet Kitchen for the inspiration. The ribs look burnt but I assure you they are not. There are so many layers of flavours in these little beauties.

The dipping sauce that goes with them just adds even more taste.

** Amendment to the Recipe Sheet please add 4 Birds Eye chilies to the marinade finely diced.
