Mini Yorkshire puddings with Beef Tenderloin and Horseradish Aioli

These are a firm favourite in this house….so when I am asked to take and appetizer or having friends around for drinks these usually appear. They are simple to make and easy to handle without cutlery.

You can make them extremely fancy by cutting the beef super thin and rolling it like roses but who cares its all about the taste and these do not disappoint.

The Aioli can be made from scratch but like my recipe sheet says there are some very good store brought Aioli in the stores now so why make extra work for yourself.
