Pork Back Ribs
These ribs are a real winner and not difficult to prepare or cook. The trick is to cook them really slowly on a low heat so the meat is tender and the meat just comes away from each bone easily when you eat them
The sauce is spicy and sweet and you can adjust these elements to suit your palette, I prefer more spice than sugar.

One tip, use back ribs they are meatier and make sure the membrane is removed from the ribs so the meat cooks better. If in doubt ask your butcher to do this for you. Enjoy!
