Chicken and Lamb Shawarma
I came across this recipe for Shawarma. Apparently everywhere you go in Israel you can find this dish.
I also read the Israeli cuisine is unique in the fact that it reflects the traditions and history of Ashkenazi and Sephardic communities.
This recipe calls for the use of Baharat spice which is available and a game changer so try not to leave it out if you try this dish.
The meat needs to be marinated so give yourself time to do this, the end result is just delicious.
