Chicken Stroganoff with Mushrooms and Spinach
Sometimes we all get the urge to want to eat something a little substantial but lighter on the calorie count.
When the sun shines this becomes even more of a desire, eat well, eat healthier. If this is you then this is the dish for you to try.
It may have less calories than the normal Stroganoff but it still has all the flavour. Served with White, Brown or in this case Coconut rice this meal is really delightful.
The recipe is easy, and doesn’t take long to prepare and cook so it’s a great mid week meal.
I served a small side of Garlic Bread, well the men in our lives deserve a treat occasionally.
