Seafood Melange
This is my Seafood Melange and whether you are entertaining or want a quick mid week supper then this is for you.
You can substitute the ingredients for other seafood and fish however the combination I used was very complimentary.
I did change the cheese, I am not a lover of Monterey Jack so I used a Vintage Gouda which really came through and gave it a lovely cheesy flavour.
This dish is so easy to prepare and bake yet gives you a finished dish that looks like you have been in the kitchen for hours. Enjoy
