Shrimp, Peas and Pappardelle
This is a fabulous Summer pasta dish.
Fresh peas, with Tiger shrimp, onions, and parmesan cheese. It has a light sauce that is full of goodness and flavour.
Easy to prepare, and great for mid week supper or entertaining. Go on give it a try you know it makes sense.
