This is a delightful recipe that can be cooked in a wok, skillet or even a slow cooker.

You can spice it up further by using hot sauces, you can choose whatever sausage you prefer and when it comes to sides to go with it, the choices are endless.

My choice of side was Cauliflower Rice, mixed with a little onion and chili flakes.

Whatever you decide, you will love this dish and the flavours it delivers.
