Tomato and Shrimp
This Burmese curry is supposed to be more of a dry curry which is not my preferred consistency so I didn’t let it evaporate too much but the choice is yours. Either method still results is a fantastic tasting meal.
Served with rice or buttery flatbreads this again, is an easy meal to prepare and cook.
Just make sure you buy good meaty shrimps, small shrimp will not work for this dish.
