Nduja, Tomato and Cheese Pasta Bake
I was asked to submit a dish for and Italian Collaboration and this was my entry.
I have to admit when the day came to make the dish I didn’t have much time so this recipe was just perfect.
It is a great sharing platter, easy to prepare and best of all quick to cook. If you can not find Nduja then I suggest you use a good quality spicy Italian sausage.
Served with a salad or some good crusty garlic bread, its just so comforting.
