Lamb Meatballs with Feta and Tzatziki

I had a lot of fun making all this including the Pita breads.

I will never buy store brought pita breads again, they were easy to make and tasted so fresh with a wonderful soft texture.

The meatballs, stuffed with Feta Cheese and Garlic were delicious.

I urge you to make this, it is a fantastic recipe. If you don’t want to make the pita yourself, although I cant see why not, then please ensure you buy good quality pitas.
