Lamb Meatballs with Sour Cherries
Meatballs have never been good friends with me however, adding fruit to these really changed our relationship.
The mixing of the ingredients by hand really helps make these meatballs light and fluffy and is certainly worth the effort.
The homemade sauce that goes with these meatballs makes for a fabulous supper and is great when you have friends over too.
