Thanks to Food and Drink for this recipe, the Pork Tenderloin was so succulent and the sauce made with Red Wine and plums to name a few ingredients, was delicious.

Its a great mid week fake-away and is incredibly economical to make.

The addition of the OKONOMIYAKI a Japanese style pancake, is a fantastic way to eat cabbage along with other vegetables.
