So here we have another fantastic offering from Luke Nguyen and the The Food of Vietnam Cookbook.
I am slowly working my way through this book and so far not one of these recipes have disappointed me.
His recipes are truly authentic and easy to recreate. With stores and markets now offering such diverse ingredients needed to cook these dishes it is easier than ever to bring Vietnam into our homes.
I love the simplicity of these dishes and the results you get, they are a real flavour explosion on the palette and I strongly recommend you give them a try.
