Stir Fried Shrimp with Fennel Salad
This is a very impressive dish. The Prawns are coated in a delicate light batter, so delicate in fact you can hardly see it. The sauce known as eight spice sauce was really good and complimented the shrimp beautifully. Finally, the fennel salad just finished the dish, it was flavorsome, crunchy with hints of aniseed, lime and light seasonings.
