Stuffed Atlantic Salmon with Pancetta

Wonderful Atlantic Salmon stuffed with a creamy sauce and prawns served on a bed of wilted Spinach, topped off with strips of crispy pancetta, what’s not to like about this dish……………… super easy to prepare and cook too. If you are Vegetarian then omit the pancetta it will not take anything away from the dish.
