Lamb Cutlets with Mushy Peas

These Ontario Lamb Cutlets were just amazing, simply seasoned and pan fried. I finished them off in the oven and served them with Fresh Mushy Peas and a dish of Cheesy Dauphinoise Potatoes. This dish was a real crowd pleaser. Some fresh garden mint sauce sealed the deal.
