Seafood Celebration Dinner
Baked Lobster Tail, Salt with garlic butter, Salt, Pepper and Lime and King Shrimp and finally Scallops with Prosciutto , Wasabi dressing and fresh pea soup shooters. What a feast for a celebration, its was light, fresh and full of wonderful flavours that really compliments each other. Great sharing menu too and with everything being able to cook at the same time with resting it allowed me to serve it , sit down and enjoy without running around the kitchen preparing the next course.
