Under the Sea
Finally another example of a board that you can consider putting together.
This one features, Baked Salmon, Shrimp and Mussels in White Wine and Garlic sauce with fresh herbs and tomatoes.
It has accompaniments of a Blue Cheese dressing, Cornichons and Sweet pickles. The grapes, are there to be eaten between each selection of seafood or fish on offer as it helps cleanse the palate. This will ensure you get the full flavour of each selection. There is also a hot spicy Seafood sauce for those that like chili and spice with their fish.
Again no recipe for these, I just wanted to give you some inspiration when it comes to presenting Seafood and Fish.
