Lamb chops with Rose petals, Herbs and Chili

These Lamb Chops were just incredible, if you like Lamb, Chili and fresh herbs then this is the dish for you.

The wonderful dressing that went with the dish was delightful and I have to admit I enjoyed mixing it into the creamed potatoes that I served with the Lamb. What a treat this dish was and one that I will make time and time again.
