Shrimp Fra Diavolo

Taking the little extra time to cook the shells before discarding them is just genius.

The recipe does not take that much time to make but the time it does take is so worth the end result.

As you can see I actually topped it off with a gorgeous fresh Burrata but that is purely personal choice.
