Beef tossed with Betel Leaf
The Food of Vietnam is a book I am slowly working my way through, its a Julia and Julia style project with no time limit. This book has me hooked, the author Luke Nguyen published this book and quite rightly got rave reviews.
This dish is called Beef tossed in Betel Leaves with Lemongrass.
If you cannot find Betel leaves although most Asian grocery stores have them, then use spinach.
