Tomato Tart
This tart is simple to make and has such a gorgeous taste. Use the best Plum Tomatoes you can find and make sure all the seeds are removed before cooking them.
You can have this tart on its own, with Cheese or as I did, serve it with Feta Cheese and a plate of Lamb Chops. It made a super meal and the pie is so light and tasty there were absolutely no leftovers.
